How can I request a trademark service and how it works?
First, complete our online order form and click submit. You should then receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. We will review the information you submitted, prepare the draft application and then send it for your final review and approval together with our invoice for your payment.
What happens after I pay?
Upon receipt of your payment, we will file your application for registration before the Trademark Registry. Within 5 – 10 business days, we will email to you the trademark filing report.
Thereafter, we will deal with all correspondence from the trademark registry and will notify you if we receive any correspondence from the trademark registry. If your application is accepted, you will be notified by email and be asked to pay the fee for publication and obtaining a registration certificate. (if any).
Assuming there are no objections or opposition to your application, your trademark will be registered. However, If the trademark registry raises any objections, we’ll notify you and advise you about how to respond and the estimated cost of responding to the objection.
